Organix Protocol, the EOS-based decentralized synthetic asset issuance and trading platform, will officially start the public sale of 20,000,000 OGX, 20% of the total issuance, on the official website at 8 PM, August 15th (SGT).
Public Sale Rules
1. Accepted Tokens
- EOS: A total of 15,000,000 OGX can be swap by EOS
- TPT: A total of 5,000,000 OGX can be swap by TPT
The total amount of OGX that can be swapped with EOS accounting for 75% and the amount for TPT is accounting for 25%.
2. Exchange ratio
- 1 EOS = 70.6697 OGX
- 1 TPT = 0.03958 OGX
- 1OGX = 0.0433 USDT
The value of EOS and TPT are based on the closing price of CoinMarketcap on August 12.
3. Swap Quota
- EOS swap: Each EOS account can swap up to 5,000 EOS each time, without a cap on the times. After swapping, the user will receive the corresponding value of OGX immediately.
- TPT swap: The user will need to swap at least 500,000 TPT and send them into the transfer contract. When the swapping is over, if the value of TPT in the contract exceeds the total amount of OGX that can be swapped with TPT, the amount of OGX that the user will receive depends on the percentage of the TPT the user transferred among the total TPT. The exceeding part of TPT will be returned to the original address.
4. When are we able to transfer
- Subject to contract restrictions, the OGX gained by users through swap will not be able to be traded for a while. It is expected that the OGX transfer function will be available on August 19.
